A Minecraft server list is a directory where server owners publish their servers and players browse to find one to play on. Each listing shows the server IP, the current player count, gamemode tags, and a description. Servers are ordered by their monthly vote total, so the servers players actively support sit at the top. If two servers are tied, the one that has been listed longer ranks higher. Votes reset at the start of every calendar month, which keeps the rankings competitive instead of frozen.

Yes. Every server on this list is free to join. Copy the IP address from any listing, then add it in your Minecraft client. On Java Edition, go to Multiplayer and click Add Server. On Bedrock Edition, go to Play, open the Servers tab, and choose Add Server, entering the port as well as the address. Individual servers may sell optional cosmetics or perks, but joining and playing costs nothing.
